Each of the big seals measures 3 1 8" long Community: Sanikiluaq Stone: Argillite Inuit Artist: Josie Iqaluq This is an exquisite set of seals carved by Inuit artist Josie Iqaluq from Sanikiluaq, Nunavut. What caught my eye is the jet black coloration used for the stone. I also particularly like the heads of the three seals as well as the etching mark spots on the back. Josie Iqaluq is well
