Miclo in Alsace, made from Poire Williams pears, with around twenty eight kilograms of fruit going into every bottle before ageing in the cellars to earn its Grande Rserve name. Showing ripe pear and pear skin over a touch of spice. Lovely chilled or neat as an aperitif or digestif, or in cocktails. ABV 43% 70cl France
