I find the 2015 PS to be a little marked by the élevage from a dry and warm year that resulted in a concentrated wine
This will probably always be chewy and I have put the drinking window earlier than it might otherwise be to avoid the risk of this drying out with extended bottle age
Here there is no reductive funk as the agreeably fresh nose offers up ripe notes of earthy and spicy purple fruit
The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins and well judged acidity
