Hand harvested and berry sorted, given a cool pre fermentation maceration, then aged sixteen months split between new French oak and clay amphorae. Ripe and plush, showing plum and black cherry over a subtle spice, with soft Pomerol tannins and bright acidity to a juicy, elegant finish. Try it with roast
