The red, white, and blue torpedo shaped buoys feature red metal stands with cement bases. the base blocks are covered with a black plastic. Incredible, large scale pieces for display. CONDITION In fair to good condition with wear consistent with age and outdoor use. One of the buoys has a slight lean. One has a crack in the base cover case. There is a crack in one of the tops. General wear and loss of paint.
