Podere San Biagio - 2020 Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Rye & using a classic wooden"100% Montepulciano grapes harvested from old vines and left to macerate for 22 days, then aged in big oak barrels for 24 months. A classic Colline Teramane styledark fruited but earthy, with plum, black cherry, dried herbs and a slightly ferrous edge. Structured yet still alive, with grippy tannins, a savoury core and a long, grounded finish." Importer notes
