Published in 1885 by W. B. Ayer and Co. of Portland, Oregon. The softcover cookbook is in acceptable condition given its age, with staining and wear to the cover, edges, and spine. The interior pages have some small tears and staining. This copy notes at the top of the cover that it is the Kitchen Edition.
