This has a handle and cylinder lock on one side and a blank backplate on the other side. The handles screw fixings are located above the lever and at the bottom of the backplate to fit locks with a screw hole dimension of 156mm. The Patio Door Handle has been designed with a mid sized 28mm wide backplate for new doors or replacing handles on existing doors.
