Sencha Suginomoto - Green Tea serving producer: Tomoharu Hatakeyamaumami deep creamy Grown in Gifu Japan, this sencha carries rich umami, enhanced by mists and natural forest shade. This Sencha comes from Nengancha's highest rows of tea bushes. They grow right by the roots of a 100 year old Japanese cedar tree ("suginomoto") and the dense mountain forest.
