Vanguardist Wines - 2025 'La Côte' Riesling, Apple Brandy this is one of myLa Cte, meaning 'the slope' is an east facing, dry grown and own rooted vineyard. Historically Michael handles Riesling as well as he handles Grenache. Handpicked, foot crushed and rough racked to Hungarian Amphora, new Austrian Foudre and stainless steel. Lime, elderflower, and honeycomb are lifted by bright mineral acidity, complemented a creamy mouthfeel and a delicate thread of tannin. Michael J Corbett, Winemaker.
