The stone is wonderfully flanked by hand casted silver thorns. The cuff is very wide and sturdy. The width at the widest point of the amazing bracelet measures abour 1 3 4". The center stone measures around 3 4" x 1 2". Sterling silver. Cir. 1940's+. The inside end to end measures around 5 1 4" with an additional 3 4"
