The Dalmore Daniel Boulud Shopify Collective coffee and chocolateThe Dalmore Master Distiller, Richard Paterson, who is constantly looking to push the boundaries of creativity, created the worlds first ever single malt in collaboration with a Michelin starred chef. Chef Daniel Boulud worked with Richard Paterson to create this bespoke expression using aged stocks from Muscatel, Madeira and Port. The end result was a beautiful fusion of the art of whisky making with the world of fine cuisine.
