The wines of Cochey are allowed the appellation of Marsannay, this small vineyard is shared between Couchey and Fixin and is therefore quite full bodied but the light touch of the Derey brothers give this wine a vibrant ripe red berried fruit and lovely length, hard not to drink it now it will keep too.
