RAUÐVÍN / DOMAINE GRENIER AOC Saint Joseph Chaussonot 2021 75cl 14 10 25 Vintage: 2020This Saint Joseph Chaussonot comes from a small selection of plots of one and a half hectares, planted in the place of the same name. Perched at an altitude of 140 m with a southern exposure, in the town of Saint Dsirat, these are the oldest vines on the estate. This high altitude cuve presents aromas of black fruits (blueberry and blackberry), spice (vanilla) and flowers such as violet. The woodiness is subtle but present and the tannins very fine.
