Solid and super heavyweight sterling . 925 skull cuff bracelet with true attention to detail and all made by hand. The second to last picture shows the size of it with extra room to go on my small wrist (6. 5) the man I bought it from had an 8 wrist. So Id say fits best between 7 8 but can fit a bit smaller than 7 or a bit bigger than 8 as well. 100g of fine
