Im Mund ist er einhllend, voll, warm, mit guter Frische und lebendigen Tanninen. Eine weitere Version des Pinot Noir, diesmal moderner: nach einer Kryomazeration, um ein Maximum an Aromen zu extrahieren, wird der Wein auf traditionelle Weise vinifiziert und etwa 12 Monate lang in Barriques ausgebaut.
