Torta d'Anfora 2024 L'Archetipo a Sunday at the parkGrape varieties: Grner Veltliner Alcohol: 14% Region: Stammersdorf, Wien Winemaker: Patricia, Florian Sackl & Enrico Bachechi Another Vinifero collab. The last grapes harvested of the 2024 season: a golden hued Grner Veltliner from Bisamberg, fermented and aged in a 200 liter amphora. The grapes were layered, partly as whole clusters and partly crushed but not destemmed. Layered, like a cake, or torta in Italian. Fermented in the amphora until the end
