Dewar was manufactured at Holmegaard and Kastrup Glassworks between 1900 and 1940

The glass is discontinued  out of production in 1935

Antik Blå Blomst kaffekande 1815-1820 Vaser The glasses are in goodHeight 18. 5 cm. Antique coffee pot from Royal Copenhagen. The pot is signed 2, for J. Chr. Hansen who was a blue painter from 1803 to 1862 with a short break in 1812 1815. The very grey porcelain is due to difficulties in supplying kaolin from France, due to the Napoleonic Wars that raged in Europe from 1803 to 1815. During this period, Royal Copenhagen had to use kaolin from Bornholm, which was not nearly as pure as the French. This period is
