Berlinois was produced at the major Danish glassworks, Holmegaard, Kastrup and Fyens Glasvrk from the late 1800s until the 1940s, when it was discontinued. Today it is impossible to distinguish the glassworks' glasses from each other. Up to 16 different sizes of this glass have been produced, from schnapps to champagne flutes. Berlinois is the uncut version of Christian d. 8 and, unlike
