The stamps show that these are from 1923 1928. Royal Copenhagen began producing Blue Fluted Plate as tableware no. 1 in 1775 and continues to produce it. The motif is a stylized version of the classic Chinese flower painting, which is several thousand years old. The cup is sold with a saucer. Perfect condition.
