Lavet p ca. 90% grenache og 10% mourvdre samt evt. sm portioner af counoise og vaccarse. Vinificering p cement. Modning p en kombination af gamle foudres og egetrsfade i 3 til 5 r. Henri Bonneau (1938 2016) var 12. generation af vinavlere, og han startede sin egen vinproduktion i 1956 i Rohne. Siden da, er han blevet en sand legende, ikke bare i Rohne, men i hele vinverdenen.
