Winemaker Hanneke Krger blends a portion of Cinsault to the wine bringing a subtle shift in character from the dark ripe flavours of Cabernet Sauvignon. The result is a wine with real depth and energy. Cassis and blackberry from the Cabernet are joined by the brighter red fruit of Cinsault, alongside graphite, cedar and a gentle herbal note. There's a freshness and
