Mindful Crafting Club classes 1 Surprise Animal Bag YogaFor ages 11 15 years and 16+ years Join Harmony Kids Yoga and Mindfulness for Mindful Crafting Club for teens ages 11 15 years and Adults 16+ old. Weekly sessions include: breathwork, mindful movement, and tools for reducing stress and anxiety. Inspiring crafts include golden mandala rocks and polaroid fabric photo frames. Each session finishes with a calming meditation. *Registration includes all props and craft supplies. Mondays 5: 30pm 6: 45pm @
