Rare Giraffe Chairs in Zebra Hide, pair side chair Shiny new brass hardware addsDescription Beginning in 1956, Arne Jacobsen began his best known commission for the Royal SAS Hotel in Copenhagen. Designing the complete structure and furnishings, he created such modern icons as the Egg and Swan chair. The Giraffe chair, made of elm and upholstery, was designed exclusively for the dining room in the hotel. Only 120 in total were made and none were available for sale to the public. We snagged this stunningly rare pair at auction. We
