Thibault Liger Belair, Richebourg Vintage:2011 Pale to medium deep ruby-purple(from a . 52 ha parcel). A very fresh but tight and reserved nose of highly spiced and nuanced red and blue pinot fruit that precedes big bodied flavors that are classic Richebourg as theyre cool, classy, powerful and tautly muscular with excellent detail and subtle minerality on the spicy, mouth coating and moderately austere and linear finish. This is a lighter wine for the appellation but there is plenty of character and its focused like a laser.
