The item is an oval shaped silver plated serving dish which has been designed with an extended and scalloped rim decorated by means of graduating circles in pierced metal motif

The tea cup has got a very tiny chip on the side of the rim (which looks like slight fading of the gold trim)

At the age of 17 he had already entered Plato’s academy in Athens and remained there until Plato’s death 20 years later

Gold trim has been used on the rim and a band of darker green leaves decorates the rim
