Nose: Sweet spices and dark fruits, some cinnamon and pears with a little hard toffee and figs with a light syrup. Dried fruits and sweet melon add another layer to the aroma. Palate: The sherry cask flows into the palate, some dried dark berries, hints of dark toffee and golden honeycomb give a
