There are tack holes with minor rust stains at margin edges from the original stretching and drying of this proof after printing. This lithograph shows Richards near photographic precision in rendering complex overlapping forms and extraordinary detail. Strawberry Festivals are a favorite New England Summertime tradition in many towns.
