For its sixth issue, 20 Seconds collaborated with PARA the non entity organisation for sound. Shifting this specific organism for its sixth issue, PARA present a dynamic approach toward publishing as a passage of transgressions. With Non Present Tense, the collaboration offers a detachment from linearity and progress, declaring this issue a vast disruption.
