Sleeveless fit and high standing neck with a decorative placket with buttons to the neck. Natural waist has belt loops and a tie belt and the skirt starts at the dropped waistband and is sewn in tight gathers for a lovely full silhouette. Lined in a canvas cotton. Back metal zip. Dress is pictured with a petticoat which is not included in the sale.
