Nose: Sweet with toasted oak staves, soft summer hay and dried apricots, some soft grassy notes and lingering dried fruits like sultana and raisins, a toil of candied lemon and quince. Palate: A superbly rounded and smooth palate starts off with sweet tropical fruits, peanut brittle and golden honeycomb, with sweet shortcrust pastry
