This ruler is slotted making it easy to center your design and cut around the edges. Quickly square up and fussy cut blocks in quarter inch increments up to 12". (This is the large size which measures 12"x21") Since the ruler is slotted, it's also great for cutting strips, squares and rectangles from yardage at 1 4" and 1 2" increments. Save
