CWCT AGM and Members' Meeting 2025 2006 Light and heatOur 2025 AGM and Members' Meeting will be covering two key topics this year: The Building Safety Act. Facade Access and Maintenance. The Building Safety Act (BSA) remains a key industry challenge, and our morning session will follow up on last years discussion on the introduction of the BSA. This year we will hear how the industry has responded, firstly from the perspective of the Building Safety Regulator, and then from an architect and specialist
