Description
The remaining 6% is distilled from a “high rye” mash aged 6 years for added complexity
Made from a base of wild-harvested native yams from the Northern Territory
as well as a hint of ruby redness
Nose - Delicious sweet smoke and spicy aromas
Palate - Notes of dried fruits and spicy oak with a touch of sweet agave

Palate A rich and decadent palate with flavours of brown sugar, plum jam and the brandy soaked plum pudding carrying through to a long, sweet finish.
