Rocim Amphora White POUILLY-FUME a true ‘Grand Cru’ ofA Portuguese stunner that sits dry and firm on the palate. This slightly fruity, consistently acidic white will go wonderfully with salty, pungent finger foods such as olives. On Portugal's south eastern border with Spain sits the wine region of Alentejo. Hot and flat, with sparse population and broad, sweeping estates. Though mostly given over to large, co op growers, a number of important foreign interests have begun operations here in recent times.
