On the nose aromas of citrus, white flowers, aromatic herbs and subtle balsamic notes follow to a crisp, yet silky palate with saline minerality and a long savoury finish. "Marajan" pairs beautifully with seafood and shellfish but is equally at home with charcuterie and mild cheeses.
