This is a cooler, fresher take on Touriga Nacional with less power, but more lift and aromatic detail. Handled with the same thoughtful restraint, with hand harvesting in small crates, a cool, slow maceration then ageing in stainless steel with 30% spending 16 months in old 228 litre French oak barrels. This is a wine built for both the table
