Sombra Mezcal Reposado 750ml (ABV 45%) s_spir that gives the whisky aSombra Mezcal is made from Espadn agave, hand harvested on the steep slopes of the Oaxacan Sierra. The agave hearts are buried in an earthen pit where they slowly roast over hot rocks. The agave are then crushed by a mechanical limestone tahona, fermented with only native yeast, and expertly distilled. A first of its kind reposado made with Sombra's award winning Joven mezcal, aged in Bordeaux wine barrels. Sourced from the historic and renowned
