Low Layer K-Tip w/ Birch Burl cutlery we've created two distinct WaThis K Tip chefs knife was made by forge welding multiple layers of 15N20 and 1095 high carbon steel. The finished billet was then hand forged to shape. After refining the geometry, the blade was sanded to a satin finish. The handle is constructed from a stunning piece of Birch Burl and Ghost Micarta. I can custom make one for this knife if you'd like to add a leather sheath. You can find that here.
