Champagne Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs NV, Bonnet Gilmert Fortified One of Corsica's best producersChampagne Bonnet Gilmert is based in the Grand Cru village of Oger, in the heart of the Cte des Blancs, just south of Avize. The family has been tending their vineyards for five generations, and today the estate is run by Aude Vauban and her cousin Carla Bonnet. This is a beautifully racy, cool, refined Blanc de Blancs with incredibly precise, taut citrus and subtle honeyed, toasty elements just rounding the edges. Wonderful Champagne.
