Yrjö Kukka a Rosewood Sofa Model Ateljee for Haimi Finland, 1960 Design Moderno no BrasilSofa Ateljee designed in 1959 and produced in 1964 by finish designer Yrj Kukkapuro for Haimi in Finland. Leather cushions, oak frame, metal details. Good vintage condition, Depth : 84 cm Width : 228 cm Height : 74 cm Seat Height : 40 cm. Beautiful patina on the leather cushions. The sofa has an ergonomic design which is a key element in all of Yrj Kukkapuro designs. The Ateljee sofa by Yrj Kukkapuro is one of the most iconic pieces of Finnish design.
